・見出しー中国国防省は今月１７日から２３日までの日程で、日本海、西太平洋、それに東シナ海域で、中国・ロシアの海軍の艦艇合わせて１０隻が初めて合同の巡視活動を行ったと発表しました。
またロシア国防省は「活動の一環として初めて津軽海峡を通過した」としています。
今回の活動では、武器使用を含む訓練を行ったということですが、国際法を順守し、他国の領海には入っていないとしています。
中国軍とロシア軍の活動については、防衛省が今月１８日に両国の艦艇が津軽海峡を同時に通過したのを確認したほか、２１日には、伊豆諸島付近の海域でそれぞれヘリコプターを発艦させたのを確認しています。
両国としては、アメリカがインド太平洋地域で中国を念頭に同盟国などとの訓練を繰り返す中、連携を強化するねらいがあるとみられます。
