・見出しー国連総会緊急特別会合、ロシア撤退やウクライナ平和の決議採択
・リードーロシアがウクライナへの軍事侵攻を始めて１年となるのに合わせ、国連総会ﾃでは、ロシア軍の即時撤退とウクライナでの永続的平和などを求める決議案の採決が行われ、欧米や日本など１４１カ国が賛成し採択されました。
国連の１９３すべての加盟国が参加できる国連総会では、２日間にわたって緊急特別会合が開かれ、２３日、欧米各国や日本などが共同で提案した、ロシアに対する決議案について協議が行われました。
決意議案は、
・「武力による威嚇や武力行使による領土の獲得は合法とは認められない」としたうえで、
・「国連憲章の原則に基づいてウクライナにおける永続的な平和が可能なかぎり早期に実現される必要がある」としています。
そして、ロシア軍に対し、即時かつ無条件の撤退と、ウクライナの重要なインフラ、学校や病院などの民間施設への攻撃の停止などを求めています。
緊急会合では２日間でおよそ８０カ国が演説したあと、採決が行われ、
・欧米各国や日本など１４１か国が賛成、
・ロシアや北朝鮮など７か国が反対、
・中国やインドなど３２カ国が棄権し、棄権と無投票を除く３分の２以上の賛成で、決議が採択されました。
この１年間に国連総会でロシアに対する決議が採択されたのは６回目で、賛成した国の数はこれまでで
最も多かった１４３カ国とほぼ同じで、ロシアの軍事侵攻に対する各国の批判を反映したものとなりました。
一方で、反対、棄権などに回りロシアへの配慮を示した国もおよそ５０か国にのぼり、国際社会の分断を改めて浮き彫りにされました。

At the onset, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres called the invasion "a violation of the United Nations Charter and international law."

The resolution was put to a vote at a special session at UN headquarters in New York on Thursday, the eve of the anniversary of Russia's invasion.
In the vote, 141 countries voted in favor of the resolution, while Russia and other six countries voted against it. Another 32 countries, including China, abstained.
It was the General Assembly's sixth resolution passed against Russia in the past year.
